Another brilliant London Film Memorabilia Convention is taking place this Saturday 25th January at Central Hall, Westminster from 10am – 4pm. As usual there is an amazing array of movie memorabilia stalls selling DVD’s, film posters, autographs, horror magazines, books, vinyl and our very own Space Monsters magazine!

You can also meet some very special star guests:

The UK’s longest-running film fair and convention plays host to a bevy of British horror beauties when the London Film Memorabilia Convention takes over Westminster’s Central Hall for the day on Saturday 9th November! Now in it’s 40th year, the convention presents dealers from all over the UK, Europe, the US, Canada and South America selling DVDs, movie and monster magazines, autographs, books, film posters, vintage and retro toys, soundtracks and more at this very special Hammer and British Horror Day!

This once-in-a-lifetime event brings you one of the biggest collection of British and Hammer horror stars ever under one roof including Barbara Shelley, Caroline Munro, Emily Booth, Maddy Smith, Martine Beswick, Dave Prowse, David Warner, John Carson  and many more. They’ll be signing autographs and chatting with fans all day and there will also be special illustrated talks, retrospectives and film screenings taking place throughout the day.

And that’s not all! The Classic Horror Campaign’s popular cult movie magazine Space Monsters will be attending alongside Eric McNaughton’s We Belong Dead! British scream queen and vampire movie star Eileen Daly and her crew will also be there filming the event and interviewing the stars and fans! Make sure you don’t miss out on this historic event!

  • THE ART OF HAMMER HORROR - Looking back at CAPTAIN KRONOS : VAMPIRE HUNTER With – BRIAN CLEMENS, JOHN CARSON and CAROLINE MUNRO.
  • NORMAN J. WARREN - On censorship, women in horror, the new British horror film scene in the 1970′s and onwards. With a personal in-depth look at some of his films including Inseminoid and Satan’s Slave.
  • MARTINE BESWICKE - Reflections – From James Bond to Hammer and spaghetti westerns! From Connery to Kinski! Talking about some of the key films in her career in this mini retrospective special!
  • DAVID WARNER - From Shakespeare to Star Trek and beyond! His first illustrated retrospective covering many of his most popular films both horror and other genres.
  • TWINS OF EVIL SPECIAL Together for the first time since the making of the film! A pre-screening talk plus Q & A. With director JOHN HOUGH and cast members DAMIEN THOMAS, MARY COLLINSON and JUDY MATHESON.
  • TWINS OF EVIL SCREENED. The newly remastered, restored and uncut version back on the screen!

  • These illustrated talks and retrospectives will start at 11:00am and continue at certain times throughout the day.
  • The number of tickets are very limited and only 2 can be bought per person.
  • Tickets can be collected at the door, you will need to bring your Paypal receipt on the day as proof of purchase, the tickets must be in the same name as the PayPal account holder.
  • A ticket to these talks and screenings will not include the £5 entry fee to the actual convention and memorabilia film fair which must be purchased on the day. There is no need to pre-purchase entry tickets.
  • This ticket is exclusively for this program.
  • The management reserves the right to make any alterations or additions to this program between now and two weeks prior to the actual event. Your ticket can be refunded up to two weeks prior to the day of the show after which all sales are final and non refundable.
  • All recording audio and visual or other wise, of these talks are prohibited. There will be a photo opportunity at the end of each talk. Any such photos are for private use only and the rights are with those of the individuals taking part in the talks and London Film Memorabilia Convention.
