I still remember the day I first saw Hellraiser (1987) at a cinema in London way back when and it totally blew me away. I was so excited about the future of British horror films and really thought this was the film that was going to open the floodgates! Sadly I was mistaken and British movie horror pretty much went down the toilet for quite some time after the frighteningly awesome false start that was Clive Barker’s Hellraiser.

But now we can all step back in time and relive those halcyon days thanks to Cigarette Burns Cinema and The Rio Cinema in Dalston, London!  They will be hosting a special late-night screening of this classic British gore-fest on Saturday 16th June from 11:30pm and tickets are only £ 8:00!
