It’s less than a month to go until Halloween and we are still campaigning vigorously to bring back classic horror double bills to BBC television – but we need YOUR help!
We want to get 2000 signatures on our petition by Halloween!
The target currently stands at 1837 so that’s less than 200 to go!
So please sign the petition today, tell your friends and spread the word! We can only do this with YOUR help. Once we reach 2000 signatures we will present the petition to the BBC. Don’t let these classic pieces of our cultural heritage disappear into the mists of time. Help us bring these iconic films back to network television and help introduce them to a whole new generation of viewers.

[...] The folks over at the Classic Horror Campaign need an assist from Rue Morgue readers. Richard Gladman (who is also the voice of Rue Morgue UK) and his hard-working team of fright fiends are trying to persuade the BBC to bring back the classic horror double bills that once graced the network’s Saturday night lineup. Once they get 2,000 signatures on their petition, they’ll present it to the BBC. The tally currently sits at 1,864; think we can put them over the top by Halloween?
